All deliveries in Gauteng under the value of R1000 will have a delivery charge of R65

All deliveries outside Gauteng under the value of R3500 will have a delivery charge of R95.

All deliveries will be booked on economy road freight, which for Gauteng means next business day delivery and outside Gauteng means 1-3 business days delivery.

We do not deliver outside of South Africa

 

QUOTATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

No liability will be accepted for discrepancies unless these are advised to us immediately or endorsed on the delivery note.
All products carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.
Ownership of all goods shall not pass to the purchaser until the purchase price has been paid in full.
A 15% handling fee will be levied on goods returned.  Our standard terms and conditions apply – a copy of which is avaiable on request.
The customer agrees that he/she understands the product/s functionality, capability and features and will not hold Sound of Ministry or Jireh Group (Pty) Ltd liable for any loss or damages incurred as a result of purchasing an incorrect/unsuitable product.
Product/s will only be sent for delivery once funds have cleared in our bank account.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct.  Incorrect address or unavailability of customer to receive delivery, may incur additional delivery costs.
Please keep the original packaging in perfect condition for at least 14 days after purchase.
A delivery fee of up to R75 included in the price, any additional amount will be invoiced to the customer before delivery is made.

PRICE PROMISE:

We are dedicated to our customers when it comes to pricing, quality, advice, value and service. We promise to always offer our customers the best we can in terms of the above and offer to match, if possible, any cheaper written quote, not older than 5 days from a local company on any products we have in stock at that time provided we do not run at a loss.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

1.) Sound Of Ministry will offer a store credit, exchange or refund on any online purchases within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item packaging has not been damaged in any way, and the item has not been used or installed and is returned in the original packaging and that the relevant proof of purchase is provided. Unwanted products may be returned provided it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.

2.) Sound of Ministry may charge, at its discretion, a 15% handling fee on opened/used products subject to viewing for “unwanted” or “change of mind products”

3.) Sound of Ministry may refuse to offer a refund, exchange or credit should the product be damaged, scratched, scuffed or worn in any way.

4.) Software products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

5.) In the event of “out of box” failure within 7 days of purchase, Sound of Ministry will carry the courier fees in getting the product/item to and from the customer. If the customer wants to return a product for any other reason within or outside the 7 days period, the customer will have to get the product to and from Sound of Ministry at the customer’s own expense.

6.)  Any item wanting to be returned must be done before a credit/refund/exchange will take place. Returned goods need to be inspected by trained technical staff before a decision is made as to how the return will be handled. Items cannot simply be exchanged before this procedure has been followed. Depending on how the purchase was made, it may take up to 10 working days to process. Sound of Ministry adheres to the Consumer Protection Act and will base any return on the statutes of the Act.

Billing & Personal Information
In order to buy goods and services through the Sound Of Ministry website, you will need to register an online account with Sound Of Ministry. For this purpose, you will need to provide Sound Of Ministry certain personal information and billing information that will enable Sound Of Ministry to charge you for your purchases (such as your credit or debit card details). The Ordering Process

Pricing changes
Sound Of Ministry reserves the right at any time and without giving you any advance notice to make changes to the prices of goods and services that are sold through the Sound Of Ministry website and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Sound Of Ministry is not liable for any typographical errors that may occur and the customer agrees that such typographical errors will not be enforceable or applicable.

Back-orders
Sound Of Ministry online will from time to time allow customers to place back-orders. These back-orders are to “secure” products as soon as they are made available at Sound Of Ministry online back-orders require 100% full payment to be cleared in our system. Eft payments are subject to the standard terms and conditions of eft payments. Back-orders will be fulfilled as and when Sound Of Ministry online receive inventory from the supplier. Sound Of Ministry online will make every effort to fulfil your back-order and in the unlikely event that we cannot supply product against your back-order, you will be refunded your payment.

Delivery

Delivery and collection
All orders over R1000 will be delivered free of charge to any major and main centres in Gauteng as listed on our website. Any order less than R will carry a small courier fee of R65. Any order outside Gauteng under R3500 will carry a delivery fee of R95. A courier company engaged by Sound Of Ministry will perform deliveries. You may be required to provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered.
Sound Of Ministry is not liable for any incorrect order or delivery where you make an error in the information that you provide to Sound Of Ministry e.g. If you provide the incorrect delivery address or submit an incorrect order. You acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond Sound Of Ministry’s control such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action. Sound Of Ministry is not liable for late deliveries of products purchased through the Sound Of Ministry website. Sound Of Ministry will, however, endeavour to ensure a smooth delivery process. Sound Of Ministry does not do deliveries to PO Boxes. Unless we inform you otherwise before you place your order and before the final confirmation, the estimated maximum delivery time for an order in South Africa – either door-to-door or door-to-post office counter – is 6 working days. Sound Of Ministry deliveries take place during business hours i.e. there are no deliveries over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.
Express Delivery, any delivery outside of main and major centres and outside of normal road freight time and charges will be additionally charged for. Express, overnight, weekend, fast and outside of major/main centres deliveries will be charged for
There is insurance on the product of up to R1000, the moment the product leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible and the client recognises this and takes ownership of the fact that they have waived their right to collect in person and would rather use our courier facility. Should they want to insure the product that they have purchased, they will need to request that insurance be added at their own expense to the charges.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has cleared in Sound Of Ministry’s bank account.

Used Equipment
Second-hand goods are sold voetstoots and do not carry any warranty or guarantee whatsoever. Sound of Ministry will disclose any known patent and latent defects to the customer before the purchase is made by the customer.

Warranties & Repairs
All of our goods also carry a manufacturers’ warranty where applicable, which will run concurrently with any warranty in terms of the law.
Under no circumstances will we accept returned goods where the consumer has been afforded the opportunity to inspect the goods prior to the purchase or acceptance of a delivery, the goods have been damaged due to the customer’s negligence, the goods have been disassembled, permanently installed, physically altered, used or installed contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions and/or have been subjected to misuse or abuse.
Any items needing to be returned for repairs or warranties need to be returned at the client’s expense outside of the inital 7 days period. Returned goods need to be inspected by trained technical staff before a decision is made as to how the return will be handled. Items cannot simply be swapped out before this procedure has been followed and the fault has been identified.
No repairs will take place until it has been confirmed whether the product is to be repaired under warranty or at the client’s expense. The client agrees that Sound Of Ministry is not held responsible for time delays that result from reports coming from the agents who hold the warranties. Until the client accepts the quote and gives the go-ahead, no repairs will commence. The client and Sound Of Ministry agree that the agent’s report is final in this matter and that the report will be considered as the matter being closed. Any costs incurred during this process will be passed onto the client unless the warranty is active. Any and all repairs done under warranty or at the client’s expense will only last for 3 months unless a new and different issue has been found.
