Jireh Group (Pty) Ltd, hereafter referred to as SOM and its subsidiaries reserve the right not to engage with a customer or make an offer or allow a customer to advertise on the SOM website or to accept a trade in for any reason whatsoever. The completion of this form by the customer does not oblige SOM to make an offer of any kind. SOM reserve the right to cancel a sale and request a full refund from the seller within 7 days of purchase or withdraw an offer made to the customer if it comes to light that the seller did not disclose all or any defects or issues with the product in question. Customers who opt to advertise on our website will be subject to the CPA on selling second hand goods. SOM will charge the customer 20% commission on the selling price before cost of sale, on a successfull sale for customers who opted to advertise their products on our website. Advertising products on our website is for a maximum period of 3 months, should the product not sell during this period, SOM will remove the product and charge the customer an advertising fee of R250 excl VAT. SOM has the right to remove any product at any time from our website and may refuse to continue advertising a product at any time for any reason whatsoever. The customer will be liable for any costs in terms of courier/transaction fees in the case returned goods. All commissions and cost of sale will be deducted before the funds for the sale are transferrred to the customer.
