Sleek, innovative, and extremely easy to play, the Stage Acoustic/Electric Guitar from Cordoba offers their first nylon string electric guitar instrument, which utilizes a distinct solid body design to address common problems for stage playing, such as feedback, without sacrificing Cordoba’s authentic nylon-string acoustic tone. Sporting a solid spruce top and carved mahogany back and sides as well as a highly modern mahogany fusion neck profile that delivers a fast 16″ pau ferro fretboard radius, this guitar delivers a familiar playing experience that is more akin to a steel string guitar, making it an easy transition for players with small hands or less experience with nylon-stringed instruments.

At the centre of the Stage, however, is the special Stage Pickup System, co-designed by Cordoba and Fishman, which when paired with the solid, fully chambered body, produces a robust tonal foundation, and features easy-to-access controls for volume, EQ, and body blend. The result is a beautiful guitar, with a striking flamed maple veneer and amber gloss finish, that is comfortable to play and produces a rich, powerful tone, free of feedback, that will shine on any stage. The Stage guitar also includes a nylon gig bag made from recycled microplastics and fishing nets, helping to minimize environmental impact.
